Notice of FY25 Results
Presentation via Investor Meet Company

Lords (LORD.L), a leading distributor of building materials in the UK, announces that it will be publishing its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("FY25") on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.

There will be an in-person presentation for analysts at 09.30am BST on the day of the announcement, hosted by Shanker Patel (CEO) and Stuart Kilpatrick (CFO), at Burson Buchanan's offices at Rose Court, 2 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HS. Please contact Burson Buchanan for further details.

For retail investors, the Group will also present its FY25 results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 11.00am BST, with an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Digital: CMO Superstores provides an online route to market from nine specialist websites for construction and plumbing & heating customers.

Lords was established 40 years ago as a family business with its first retail unit in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. Since then, the Group has grown to a business operating from 50 sites.
